Work Hours: Full-time Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for origination of new residential mortgage. Will actively develop new business by establishing and maintaining relationships with real estate brokers and other key individuals and organizations in the community. Responsible for the quality of the real estate loan portfolio originated, including proper documentation and credit quality, in accordance with regulatory compliance. Cross-sell other services including bank products, investment and trust.

Basic Qualifications:

Extensive understanding of the secondary market underwriting guideline for self-employed borrowers, conventional mortgages, as well as new construction and lot loans are necessary. Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include: product sourcing, price negotiating, forecasting product demand, addressing quality issues, proofing catalog copy for accuracy, researching and sourcing substitute items, and providing timely and accurate reports and insightful analysis.Duties include but are not limited too:A) Being aware of our position in the marketplace, our customer base and our competitionB) Compiling seasonal list of all new and current products to be listed in the catalog; updating whenever necessary for changes in selection, price, vendor information, and packaging.C) Developing specifications for new products, negotiating with vendors and following the item through initial production.D) Meeting Key Performance Indicators as they pertain to gross margin, fill rate and discontinued merchandise.E) Maintain vendor relationship status through proper communication F) Attend relevant trade shows, showrooms, factories and travels, in some cases, to overseas markets.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have prior buying experience with a catalog or retail company. This individual must have the ability to not only purchase product but also have an eye and taste to identify strong new items and categories that appeal to our growing customer base. Experience buying religious items, gifts or church supplies would be preferred. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required. Outbound Sales Representative

Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona with national territories and accounts.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

· MUST have a working knowledge of the Catholic faith
· Experience in selling to resale-type customers (bookstores, gift shops, fund-raising organizations, dealers, etc..)
· A minimum of 3 years sales experience in an outbound calling environment
· Previous experience in generating new business leads, calling into retail locations, getting past the "gate keeper", finding the decision-maker, and closing the sale over the phone.
· Possess the ability to analyze and translate data into effective processes
· Possess EXCELLENT sales, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
· Be effective in building a rapport with others
· Must be a self-starter and highly motivated to succeed
· Must be passionate about contributing to the company's success
· MUST have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Job Description:

· Responsible for generating new business and new sales for our Reseller Sales Division through outbound calling.
· Responsible for managing and nurturing existing accounts in your territory
· You will be given a specific territory to sell in and manage
· Up-selling customers and providing add-on services/products is a primary function
· You will be required to probe to uncover customer needs, handle objections with appropriate rebuttals, and utilize effective closing techniques
· You will be responsible for being knowledgeable of Autom products and their applications in the retail marketplace
· You will handle calls from our Inbound Call Center on an as needed basis
· You will have access to customer lists and a customer database to assist you in your success
· This is a base salary plus commission position
